Many people now choose to live together instead of get married.

Are you living with your partner or planning to live with them?

Did you know people that live together still have a more difficult time in sorting out their joint assets if they separate or one dies without having made proper provisions for the other in a Will?

At PJ Legal we can advise you on simple steps that can and should be considered if you are about to or are already living with your partner (and are not in a registered civil partnership).

As members of Resolution-First for Family Law, the Solicitors Family Law Association we can offer you the very best legal advice.

What is Resolution?

Resolution is a group of 5,000 lawyers and family justice professionals who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters.

The foundation of the organisation is the Code of Practice, the principles of which have been adopted by the Law Society as recommended good practice for all family Lawyers.

The ethos of the group is to encourage clients to put their differences aside and reach fair agreements.
